What We Do

We offer complete architectural services for residential and small commercial projects. Residential projects include remodels, additions, guest houses, new custom homes, duplexes and apartments. Services include:

  • Obtaining City Permits & Approvals
  • Zoning Cases Including Variances and Modifications

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss and evaluate your project. We can answer questions in regards design, structural issues and zoning requirements.

We offer a full package to our clients, from design to a full set of plans approved by the City. This proves to be time and cost-saving and results in a completely coordinated set of plans. If additional consultants are needed such as a Soils Engineer or a Surveyor, we can coordinate this for the client.

We offer full 3D modeling of larger projects which includes a computerized walk through of the home for clients.

We offer full supervision of projects if required by our clients. If the client prefers, we offer a basic package which includes a full set of plans, approved by the City and inspections of the project as required. In addition, we offer Zoning services for such issues as zone changes, yard variances and parcel maps.
